  • Do you accept returns?
    Items may be returned to Grove lane if they are faulty. Grove lane reserves the right to repair or replace the item/s in the first instance. If repairing or replacing the item/s is not available then a store credit will be issued or a refund will be transferred to the customer's bank account. If you simply change your mind or your circumstances have changed, Grove lane does not have to provide a refund or exchange. It is at the discretion of Grove lane to exchange or credit an item that is unwanted due to a change of heart. In such an event the item must be returned within 10 days of purchase. The customer must notify Grove lane of the returning of the item and the reasons for doing so within 4 days of receiving the item. The goods must be in the same condition as they were when the customer received them. Return shipping must be organised by the customer. Exchange or credit will not be given if the customer has damaged the goods. This includes damage caused by inadequate packing when returning goods. Exchanges or credit will not be given on sale or layby items or items commissioned by the customer. *Please note - The items Grove lane sells are handmade. Materials can, therefore, vary in colour, shape and size. These inconsistencies are not deemed faults and claims will only be considered if there are defects in workmanship or defective materials. Claims due to damage by negligence, accident or unreasonable use will not be recognised. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of all descriptions, images and other information displayed but the customer must acknowledge there may be variations in product or materials. If there are any major changes to the product the customer has ordered, Grove lane will discuss other options with the customer. These terms and conditions govern your use of the Grove lane online store. By placing an order, you agree to and are bound by these terms. If you are unwilling to comply with these terms, then you may not use Grove lane online store.

    At Grove Lane we accept all major credit cards through square , cash, paypal and bank transfers.

    Yes, you can and it is completely free. Because of the covid situation. We are currently working from home. Its a more relaxed atmosphere and very private.
  • Where are you located?
    We are working from home because of the covid situation. It is a more personal approach. The atmosphere is relaxed and private. Our address is on the Rockingham foreshore.
  • Shipping
    Shipping within Australia Items couriered within Australia will be delivered to the address given within 7 -10 working days. If your address is rural please allow an extra couple of days delivery. Your order will be sent with Courier delivery service. We will inform you with a shipping confirmation email, which will have the tracking number for your parcel and estimated delivery date. Online orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. There may be some delay with Public Holidays. Shipping to international destinations Prices shown are in AUD and do not reflect local currency conversion. Note the customer will need to pay for any local customs duty or taxes on delivery. Standard delivery is 5-7 working days via Australian Post Courier service. The postal service is a tracked service. Your package maybe subject to local customs, duty or brokerage charges. The purchaser, not Grove lane, is responsible for these charges as they are determined by your local customs office. Grove lane cannot determine in advance what these fees will be. If there are any extra charges or additional postal charges to pay (the website will work out shipping determined by your shipping address, but on occasion is not correct) either Grove lane or the courier service will contact you and require payment before they can deliver your order. Refusal of delivery will result in a deduction of the original and return shipping charges from any refund. For more information on customs and duties charges, please contact your local customs office. Delivery and Shipping Costs Costs vary based on the shipping location and the weight of your order. To work out your shipping cost online simply add the items you wish to order to your cart, fill out your shipping address, then see your total and delivery cost at checkout. Grove lane has the option to charge extra shipping if the shipping costs do not cover the real time shipping for parcels going to International destinations. The customer will be notified of this before orders are shipped and the new charges need to be paid for before the parcel is shipped. Delivery and Shipping Times As a general rule website orders for Australian delivery placed before 12pm will be shipped on the same day. All orders shipped within Australia have a 7-10 day service. For rural deliveries add an extra 2 days. You will be notified of shipping via a shipping confirmation email with the tracking for your parcel. It is recommended you track your parcel to stay informed about your order. Orders not paid or confirmed within 3 days of placing the order will be cancelled. Tracking your delivery Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you with your shipping confirmation and is also available under My Orders in My Account. If your order has not arrived within 5 days of the dispatch date please notify us immediately on . There is only a small window of opportunity for us to be able to claim for missing parcels with courier companies. Failure to notify us in the above time frames may result in no refund.

Pricing and Payment All prices on the Grove lane online store are given in AUD exclusive of delivery costs. We accept payment by direct deposit (from AU / WA customers only) and via PAY WAVE Payments (all major credit cards). Please note Grove lane online store has no control over any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country and for which you will be liable. Please see the shipping section for more information about delivery costs and delivery dates. Availability All items listed on our website are shared with our physical address in Rockingham, Perth, WA, Australia. If you are able to add an item to the cart that item is currently in stock and will be allocated to you as soon as payment is made. We will receive an email notification as soon as your order is placed and if during store hours will attention your web order as soon as possible. If an item in our physical store is purchased at the same time an order for the item online is processed then the online item will not be available. This has never occurred but if it does we will inform you as soon as possible and do our best to fulfill the order, cancel the order or help in any other way we can. Some products are only available to customers in Perth, WA due to shipping restrictions. This will be specified in the description of the product page. Online Process We must receive payment in full before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched. For more information regarding delivery dates and times please refer to the shipping section below. Cancellations Once an online order has been placed you are unable to cancel or alter the order. Content Accuracy We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the product/s is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you. Privacy and Security We are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy. Grove lane will never distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and stay in touch with you. Joining the Grove lane mailing list is optional, although recommended. It will allow us to keep you up to date with the latest info including what’s new in store. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and you will be removed immediately.
