We ship world wide. If you purchase more than AU$100 then the shipping is free.

Please allow up to 5 to 10 business days for standard shipping (Metro Areas) and 3 to 5 days for express shipping. These are approximate times because of Covid Pandemic.

We endeavor to have all orders shipped within 24 hours of your order being placed.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email to your nominated email address with a tracking number.
Once your order is with the courier we take no responsibility for loss, delivery delay or any damage to your package.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We accept all returns as long as they are made within 10 business days of receiving your product. A full refund will be given once the product is returned. The shipping cost will be at the buyers expense.

If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your product, please email us your concerns and we will endeavor to resolve this with you.
